Terms
  • Hassle Free Catering supply disposable plates, Napkins, Tablecloths (for the buffet table only) & stainless steel cutlery. China plates are available at additional costs (please refer to booking form)
  • Minimum of 40 adult guests, under 50 guests, a $70 surcharge applies
  • Please note quote is based on your meal being served at requested time, if meal is delayed an additional $2000 is applicable to cover wages & government charges
  • A deposit of $2 per head included with the attached booking form, balance payable before or at the time of your function.
  • Two (2) trestle tables for your meal to be served from
  • Adequate refrigeration space to store desserts etc
  • Access to venue four (4) hours prior to your eating time to cook & prepare your function
  • Please supply sufficient containers for left overs
