Terms
Hassle Free Catering supply disposable plates, Napkins, Tablecloths (for the buffet table only) & stainless steel cutlery. China plates are available at additional costs (please refer to booking form)
Minimum of 40 adult guests, under 50 guests, a $70 surcharge applies
Please note quote is based on your meal being served at requested time, if meal is delayed an additional $2000 is applicable to cover wages & government charges
A deposit of $2 per head included with the attached booking form, balance payable before or at the time of your function.
Two (2) trestle tables for your meal to be served from
Adequate refrigeration space to store desserts etc
Access to venue four (4) hours prior to your eating time to cook & prepare your function
Please supply sufficient containers for left overs
