Our buffet is beautifully presented with our elegant chaffing dishes, it both visually and aromatically tempting. Your guests will love the various selection, designed to meet everyone's need.

  • Mango Sunrise (gluten free) mango and coconut cream set on an orange mango cake base, finished with mango glaze and garnished with chocolate shards
  • Brandy Snaps filled drizzled with custard and decorated with cream and fresh mixed berries



  • Terms
  • Hassle Free Catering supply disposable plates, Napkins, Tablecloths (for the buffet table only) & stainless steel cutlery. China plates are available at additional costs (please refer to booking form)
  • Minimum of 40 adult guests. If under 50 guests, a $70.00 + gst surcharge applies
  • Please note quote is based on your meal being served at requested time. If meal is delayed an additional charge is applicable to cover wages & government charges
  • A deposit of 10% is required with the attached booking form, balance payable before or at the time of your function.
  • Hassle Free Catering require two (2) trestle tables for your meal to be served from
  • Adequate refrigeration space is required to store desserts etc
  • We require access to the venue four (4) hours prior to your eating time to cook & prepare your function
  • Please supply sufficient containers for left overs
